Submission Criteria:

Anyone from the industry can nominate up to three individuals. More than one person can be nominated from an organization. Self-nomination is allowed.

How to Apply

Nomination is a two-step process:

Step 1 - Pay the nomination fee by clicking on the "Pay Fee" button - $595
Step 2 - Fill out the short nomination form below.

Submission/Judging Process:

  • Submissions must be made through our website through the form below!
  • We try to keep the nomination application as easy as possible for the nominator / nominee (if self nominating).
  • We ask the nominator to provide the reasons they believe the nominee should be considered for the award. This narrative is optional but helpful to our judges and research team. Please provide any details around innovation, discoveries, medical, clinical, commercial or technology breakthroughs, relevant metrics, leadership skills, strategies, creativity, decision making, talent development, etc. There is no minimum word count. Attachments to support the application can be included as well.
  • Our team does the heavy lifting to understand the nominee's achievements and contributions. If the nominator skips the narrative field, we would need the link to the nominee's bio or linkedin profile.
  • Once the judging round is completed, we will reach out to winners to seek acceptance.
