Shae Maughmer is Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer at Lundbeck US. Since joining the company in 2020, she has quickly risen as a visionary leader, advancing from Vice President and General Manager of Neurology to Head of Commercial Neurology in 2023, and ultimately to her current role in 2025. She is based in Chicago, Illinois.

Shae has over 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical and Healthcare industry with a focus on Commercial Leadership in both US and Global markets. She has a background in nursing practice and Nursing Administration prior to entering the Pharmaceutical Industry. Prior to Lundbeck she spent seven years with increasing responsibility through the Baxalta/Shire/Takeda acquisitions. Shae led the Immunology Franchise with a focus in plasma- based infusion therapies and rare disease at Takeda before joining Lundbeck. Shae has additional broad base commercial experience at several companies including, Eli Lilly, Amgen, Human Genome Sciences and Baxter in a diverse set of therapeutic areas.

Shae holds a B.S.N in Nursing from University of Southern Indiana and an MBA from the Fuqua School of Business, Duke University.
