Eric Dube, Ph.D., is the president, chief executive officer and a director of Travere Therapeutics, a biopharmaceutical company whose mission is to identify, develop and deliver life-changing therapies to people living with rare disease. Prior to joining Travere, Dr. Dube served as president and head of North America at ViiV Healthcare and spent more than 18 years working in roles of increasing leadership at GlaxoSmithKline across the United States, Europe and Japan. He currently serves on the executive committee of the board of directors for the Biotechnology Innovation Organization (BIO), and the board of directors for Reneo Pharmaceuticals.

Dr. Dube has been recognized by PharmaVOICE magazine as one of the "100 Most Inspiring People" in the life sciences industry, the Financial Times as one of the "OUTstanding 100 LGBT+ Executives and Pharmaceutical Executive as one of the "Emerging Pharma Leaders". Earlier in his career, Fortune magazine named him a "40 Under 40: Ones to Watch".

Dr. Dube graduated from Santa Clara University with a B.S. in biopsychology and earned an M.A. and Ph.D. in psychology from Cornell University.
