Joy is a Principal and National Managing Partner responsible for Organizational & Operational Transformation Solution Family at Grant Thornton. Prior to this role, she was the Leader of Business Change Enablement Practice.

She is an accomplished professional, with over 25 years of cross-functional experience in change management and cultural readiness, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Access (DEIA), Lean Sigma, team facilitation, and program leadership. She has the proven ability to manage complex, global programs and initiatives, drive process and productivity improvement efforts and lead change in highly complex, fast-paced environments.

Joy has led over 10 multi-year, global strategic initiatives in various sectors including energy, pharmaceutical, medical devices, healthcare, food service, and financial services. She has won numerous leadership awards and written a multitude of articles on topics including governance, program management, change management, diversity in business and supply chain best practices.

Prior to joining Grant Thornton, Joy was co-founder and CEO of TayganPoint Consulting Group which was acquired by Grant Thornton in October 2018.
