Commercial Excellence Summit Brings Together Leading Minds to Solve Critical Commercial Problems

-

This week is set to be a pivotal one in the life sciences industry. Leading minds in the field are coming together for a major summit, with the goal of solving the most pressing issues currently facing the commercial function.

Axtria Commercial Excellence Summit is being hosted by New Jersey-based Axtria Inc., and will be held at the Princeton Marriott at Forrestal, in Princeton, New Jersey on June 14 and 15.

As Axtria’s co-founder and chief executive officer Jassi Chadha says, “whenever major changes occur, something inevitably breaks. In the pharma commercial function, we’ve witnessed struggles and challenges during such transformations, resulting in a lack of trust, transparency, and fairness.”

New Jersey’s Axtria Inc. set to host senior executives as summit takes on life sciences commercial function’s biggest challenges

During this high-level gathering, “executives and influencers will tackle topics including the strategic transformation of sales representatives, using data-driven insights to supercharge an omnichannel strategy, the future of commercial model designs and incentive compensation, and showing commercial leaders how they can get a front row seat in shaping pharma’s future,” said Asheesh Sharma, who heads Commercial Excellence practice at Axtria.

One of the summit’s key messages is showing how a united front can boost resiliency in the field. As Chadha notes, “this event is more than just knowledge exchange and idea sharing. It’s about building deep connections, fostering a sense of belonging, and creating an environment where we have each other’s backs. We are partners united by a shared purpose and a commitment to uplift and empower one another.”

With hundreds of leaders attending the event, the invitation-only Axtria Commercial Excellence Summit is generating excitement from attendees for its uniqueness. “Many of our customers have commented that other industry events are not able to provide relevant knowledge exchange or networking experience,” explained Asheesh.

“Most industry conferences offer a very high-level content, which isn’t always relevant to our day-to-day operations,” commented a senior executive that Life Sciences Voice interviewed. “This event is specifically focused on solving problems and setting up a community that is passionate about building a future ready commercial organization, without vendors or any type of selling.”
