Throughout her 17-year career in pharma across HCP/consumer audiences, Melissa has always had a focus on customer satisfaction and business development. She led CMI Media Group's gain-share media programs, resulting in $40MM incremental revenue for a top 10 pharma client.

She was responsible for the integration of US and ex-US omnichannel HCP media for a top 5 pharma client's oncology portfolio, identifying areas of efficiencies across multiple regions, and oversaw the integration of strategic planning methodology across 30+ clients, utilizing CMI Media Group's ADAPT methodology for all media activity.

She is a visionary for media thought leadership throughout CMI Media Group's planning teams, ensuring the teams deliver strategic value, tactical excellence, innovation and flawless execution. She is a subject matter expert for organizational learning and knowledge management, making certain these are in alignment with business goals both internally and with her clients.

Melissa was recently recognized as one of PharmaVOICE's 100 Most Inspiring People. She was also named a "Woman of Influence" by HM Exchange for her philanthropic and professional work and has previously been named as the CMI Media Group and Compas Employee of the Year. Last year she was selected as a judge for the FiercePharma Awards.
