As Head of the U.S. Oncology Business Division, Dan Switzer leads Daiichi Sankyo’s U.S. oncology organization and is accountable for the commercial and medical strategy, performance, and execution of all in-line and near-term oncology assets. He oversees Sales, Marketing, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Business Operations, and serves on the Global Oncology Business Unit leadership team. Dan is also a member of the Daiichi Sankyo, Inc. Board of Directors.

Since joining Daiichi Sankyo in 2005, Dan has held senior roles across brand management, market access, and business analytics, helping guide the launch of multiple pharmaceuticals and biologics and leading several large-scale franchises. Since 2020, he has led the transformation of the U.S. commercial and medical organization into a focused oncology business—positioning Daiichi Sankyo among the most dynamic and rapidly advancing companies in cancer care.
