Suman Giri is Vice President and Head of Commercial AI Acceleration at Pfizer. In this capacity, he also spearheads Commercial Data Science and Analytics Solutions. Suman guides a global team dedicated to developing commercial use-cases and capabilities across Pfizer’s therapeutic areas and markets.

Suman has spent more than a decade in various data science and AI leadership roles in healthcare, including tenures at Merck, Aetna, and Highmark. He is passionate about designing responsible systems and solutions with the end-user experience in mind.

Suman holds a PhD in Advanced Infrastructure Systems from Carnegie Mellon University and BA degrees in Physics and Mathematics from Oberlin College.
